REPuter standalone version

The standalone version of REPuter is available for different UNIX-Platforms. It is available free of charge for non-profit users. Commercial users should contact reputer@genomes.de. ALL users must sign a license agreement. Please follow the following steps if you want to obtain the standalone version of REPuter:
